I would recommend this resource to be used with grade 2, but I believe it could be utilized in years 1 to 4. |

This resource would be best used by watching it on a smart board for the whole class, then individually or in small groups students could answer some questions in relation to the clip. |

This could be used in a couple of different learning areas, but I would say it would best suit Health. |

This bright, visually appealing resource is a great way for children to learn all the basic human emotions. It can be helpful for children to understand and see what they look like and why we have these emotions. |

There are many more emotions which fall under these six basic emotions, however I was unable to include them all within this video. |
| Explain any ideas you may have for further use of this teaching resource
This resource could be used to show the basic emotions, and then expanded on by the students thinking of other emotions and what primary emotion they would fall under. There are any number of questions that could be asked in regards to this resource which can facilitate discussion. Students may even like to create their own clip using Powtoons. |
